**Overview**

**Bassett Healthcare Network**, in Central New York, is seeking a full-time AP/CP Pathologist; NYS COQ strongly desired.

-   **Salary: $375,000**
-   **Sign-on Bonus: up to $100,000**
-   **Location: Cooperstown, NY**

**Job Description & Responsibilities**

-   Replace a retiring member of an established group of five pathologists covering the Anatomic and Clinical Pathology needs of the entire integrated network
-   Primary duties are anatomic pathology sign-out
-   General practice including minor teaching responsibilities and directorship of outlying network laboratory
-   Approximately 20,000 surgical cases and 10,000 Cytopathology cases (2,000 non-gyn) examined annually with the support of Pathologist’s Assistants and Cytotechnologists
-   Practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region
-   Become a part of Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive academic health system and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons

## Requirements

-   MD, DO
-   BC/BE
-   Possession of or ability to obtain NYS Licensure and NYS certificate of qualification (COQ)
-   BLS Certification Required

## Benefits

**Compensation**

-   Annual Salary: $375,000.
