We are looking for a passionate **Full Stack Developer** to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications and complex information systems, working with cutting-edge technologies across both backend and frontend environments.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Design and develop modern full-stack web applications
-   Build and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot
-   Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js/Next.js
-   Built responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Tailwind CSS and custom CSS, with close attention to usability, accessibility, and visual detail
-   Write clean, efficient, and secure code following best practices
-   Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment)
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
-   Analyze and troubleshoot technical and application issues
-   Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technologies
-   Document technical solutions and development phases

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
-   1–2 years of professional experience in software development
-   Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
-   Experience developing web applications with React.js
-   Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows
-   Knowledge of build tools such as Maven or Gradle
-   Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns
-   Experience working with RESTful APIs
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
-   Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
-   Passion for technology and software development
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills
-   Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems
-   Organized and detail-oriented approach
-   Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow professionally

**Nice to have**

-   Experience with TypeScript
-   Experience with Next.js
-   Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL)
-   Experience with ORM frameworks (JPA / Hibernate)
-   Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Jotai)
-   Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
-   Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger / OpenAPI
-   Experience with Jasper Reports
-   Previous involvement in Public Sector projects
