Tommy Gun's is the world's largest barber franchise — 100+ locations across Canada, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. We're growing fast and we're serious about finding the people who keep our shops thriving.

**The Role**

We're looking for someone people-focused, organised, and ready to learn. You'll help connect barbers with the right shops; responding to leads, having conversations, keeping the pipeline moving, and making sure no great candidate slips through the cracks.  

**What You'll Do**

-   Respond to candidate enquiries by phone, email, and text
-   Have initial calls with candidates to understand their experience and availability
-   Match candidates to the right store and follow up to capture outcomes
-   Keep candidates warm and engaged throughout the process
-   Help post job ads and maintain candidate records in our ATS
-   Proactively build and maintain a candidate database using LinkedIn, Google, Workable, and barber communities
-   Source passive candidates who aren't actively looking and start genuine conversations
-   Support outreach via social media, barber events, trade fairs, and school career days

## Requirements

**What We're Looking For**

-   Great with people. You are warm, clear, and confident on the phone
-   Organised and able to manage multiple things at once
-   A self-starter who follows through without being chased
-   Comfortable picking up new tools and systems quickly
-   Positive, team-first attitude

**Bonus if you have:**

-   Experience in recruitment, customer service, hospitality, or sales
-   Any familiarity with LinkedIn or job boards
-   An interest in the barbering or grooming industry

NOTE: This is an in-office role based in Kelowna, BC. We are not looking for a remote contract hire at this time.
