## Requirements

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

•       **3-6 years of experience** in technical delivery, technical project management, solutions engineering, or client-facing technical roles

•       **Strong technical aptitude:** You don't need to write production code, but you must understand software architecture, APIs, deployment workflows, and be able to converse fluently with engineers

•       **Exceptional communication skills:** You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa

•       **High agency & ownership mindset:** You solve problems independently, don't wait to be told what to do, and take full accountability for outcomes

•       **Speed and responsiveness:** You respond to clients within hours (not days) and create a sense of urgency that enterprise clients notice and appreciate

•       **Quick learner:** You can rapidly absorb complex product knowledge and become the go-to expert on Sypha AI's capabilities

•       **Startup DNA:** You thrive in ambiguity, wear multiple hats, and are energized (not overwhelmed) by a fast-paced, evolving environment

•       **Enterprise client experience:** Prior experience working with large organizations in BFSI, Government, or other regulated sectors is strongly preferred

Nice-to-Haves

•       Familiarity with AI/ML products, LLMs, or developer tools

•       Experience with on-premise or air-gapped enterprise deployments

•       Background in solutions architecture or pre-sales engineering

•       Understanding of data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Prior startup experience or founding experience
