### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic player support to Spanish-speaking users across multiple communication channels, including live chat, email, and ticketing platforms, within the Gaming & Esports environment.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency — both spoken and written — is essential for this role, as you will be communicating exclusively with Spanish-speaking players on a daily basis.
-   Valid EU passport is mandatory for eligibility consideration.
