## Description

**About DISA Uranium**

**DISA Uranium™ Corporation** (DISA Uranium) is redefining American uranium recovery and production. Headquartered in Casper, Wyoming, the Company recovers uranium and vanadium from abandoned uranium mine (AUM) waste, remediates legacy sites left across the western United States, and applies its patented high-pressure slurry ablation technology (**HPSA™**) to make conventional uranium production cleaner, more efficient, and more economic.

We hold the only U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) license to treat and recover AUM waste across multiple sites — and with a growing conventional resource base behind it, the Company is building the domestic capacity to turn American waste and American ore into American fuel.

Our mission is simple: restore the past while powering the future, and rebuild a secure domestic uranium supply chain.

**Position Summary**

The Accounts Payable Specialist owns the full accounts payable cycle for DISA Uranium, from invoice receipt to payment and month-end close. The role reports to the Controller and is based in Colorado.

You will process invoices and payments for a wide mix of vendors: equipment suppliers, engineering and environmental contractors, field services, utilities and corporate providers. Many invoices tie to remediation projects, field sites and capital work, so accurate coding by project and cost center matters.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is precise, organized and comfortable owning a process. You will also help tighten AP controls and workflows as transaction volume grows.

•      Prepare accrual support for invoices received but not yet entered.

•      Produce AP aging and cash requirements reports for the Controller.

•      Support project cost tracking by keeping AP coding accurate for remediation and capital projects.

**Compliance and controls**

•      Follow internal controls, including segregation of duties and approval rules.

•      Provide documentation for audits and help answer auditor requests.

**Qualifications**

**Required**
