Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Customer Support Representative in Digital Banking based in Athens, Greece. In this position, you will provide expert support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with their digital banking needs and ensuring a seamless banking experience. Your role is vital in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering trust in our digital banking services.

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver excellent customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
-   Assist clients with digital banking inquiries, transactions, and issue resolutions
-   Accurately document interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly
-   Stay up-to-date with digital banking products and services to provide accurate information
-   Contribute to customer feedback collection to improve service quality

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
-   Experience in customer support, preferably in digital banking or financial services
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
-   Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece (full relocation package provided)
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
-   Familiarity with banking software and CRM tools
