## Description

**Job Title:** Electrical Technician – Van Conversions

**Location:** Hixon, Staffordshire

**Pay Rate:** £19.80/hr (Day Rate) + Shift & Weekend Premiums after 40 hours

**Contract Type:** Ongoing Contract (Outside IR35 – Limited Company or Umbrella)

**Working Hours:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Possible overtime available)

E-ppl is a leading supplier of Managed Services within the automotive industry, working directly with major OEMs across the UK and internationally.

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced **Electrical Technicians** to support our key automotive customer in Hixon, Staffordshire.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Complete electrical installations on light commercial vehicles (LCVs), including lights, lamps, and beacons.
-   Fit and test reversing sensors, cameras, and alarms.
-   Wire and install towbar electrics.
-   Fit, route, and install complex wiring looms.
-   Perform electrical circuit modifications, loom building, and custom integration.
-   Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
-   Carefully remove and refit vehicle interior trim and external components.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in electrics, vehicle electrical fitting, or van conversions.
-   Ability to work independently, efficiently, and to high OEM standards.
-   **Must possess your own auto-electrical toolkit**, including:

-   Multimeter
-   Comprehensive crimping toolset
-   Socket set
-   VDE/Electrical screwdrivers
-   Trim removal tools
