**Manager – IT Project Manager (Security Clearance) – Luxembourg**

**Adservio Luxembourg**  
Adservio Luxembourg is the Luxembourg arm of Adservio Group — 300+ consultants across Paris, Brussels and Luxembourg, 15 years serving regulated industries. We opened in Luxembourg in 2022 and work across financial services, energy and utilities, transport and mobility, insurance and the public sector. You join our Technologies & Engineering team.

**The context**  
With our team, you work for an international organisation in the defence sector, based in Luxembourg. Its business applications support critical logistics, procurement and operations in a security-classified environment, where availability, traceability and information security are not negotiable. The role is full-time on-site and requires a security clearance.

**Your mission**  
You lead IT projects from framing to go-live, and you are accountable for delivery, budget and the team that makes it happen.

_Frame and govern_

-   Define scope, planning, budget and resources, and agree them with senior business owners
-   Run project governance: steering committees, reporting, risk and decision logs

_Lead the team and the delivery_

-   Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, analysts, testers and operations staff, internal and external
-   Manage vendors and contractors against agreed deliverables and quality criteria
-   Anticipate risks and dependencies, and escalate early with clear options

_Secure the outcome_

-   Make sure deliverables pass security accreditation and change-control gates
-   Prepare go-live, transition to operations and project closure

**Your profile**  
_What is essential_

-   At least 9 years in IT project management, including complex business application programmes
-   A valid NATO SECRET security clearance, or a dormant clearance that can be reactivated
-   Proven team leadership and budget accountability on multi-vendor projects
-   A recognised project management certification: PRINCE2, PMP or PM²
-   A degree in computer science, engineering or management
