## Description

**Position : Field Biologist (นักวิชาการด้านแมลง) มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและทำรายงานภาษาอังกฤษ**

**Office Location : เอกมัย สุขมวิท (กรุงเทพมหานคร)**

**Salary Range : 25,000 - 28,000 THB Base Salary + Car Allowance 8,000 THB**

-   Visit to the main/potential customers for ensuring the service quality is met as SOP and Terms and Conditions Agreed.
-   Raise the customer satisfaction for service retention purpose especially the Factory and Key Account Customers
-   Issue the inspection and related reports to customers and branches
-   Check and Up-to-date the QPMS Information to necessary for being ready to use
-   Build the capability in terms of Pest Management Knowledge to Service Persons; also other technical knowledge
-   Drive to Service Quality by working with Branch Operation Manager and Service Supervisor to Check e.g. Technical Knowledge, etc.
-   Develop and Improve the weakness areas
-   Support and Let the Insect Situation Trend Analysis to factory customers and identification insects species if found contamination including pest investigation if found infestation in customer sites
-   Coordinate with Quality Control for investigation pest infestation at customer site if requesting to support
-   Attend the meeting with customers for finding the best solutions
-   Other tasks assigned by superior

## Requirements

\- Any genders age between 25 - 40 years

\- Bachelor’s Degree or above in, Entomology, Agriculture, Pest Management and/or any related fields

\- Having related experience at least 2 years

\- Vehicle and Driving License Required (Company Provided Car Allowance)

\- Good command of English in spoken and written
