## Description

The **BI & Reporting Expert** transforms complex raw enterprise data into actionable visual insights, interactive dashboards, and executive reporting solutions. This role sits between IT infrastructure and business leadership to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Dashboard & Report Development:** Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade interactive dashboards and automated reports (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
-   **Data Modeling & Architecture:** Build robust star/snowflake schemas, optimize DAX/SQL queries, and manage data models for high performance.
-   **ETL & Data Integration:** Collaborate with data engineers to design and maintain automated ETL/ELT pipelines from ERPs, CRMs, and SQL databases into data warehouses.
-   **Business Stakeholder Management:** Translate complex business requirements into clear KPI frameworks, executive summaries, and functional dashboard specs.
-   **Data Governance & Security:** Enforce row-level security (RLS), data quality standards, and access control policies across all BI platforms.

## Requirements

-   **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
-   **BI Tools:** Mastery of Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Tableau, or Looker.
-   **Database & Querying:** Advanced SQL proficiency (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, procedure optimization).
-   **Data Warehousing:** Working experience with Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or SQL Server/SSAS.
-   **Certifications (Preferred):** Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), Tableau Certified Data Analyst, or ITIL4.
