## Description

### Summary

We're seeking a **Senior Product Designer** to lead the design of user-centric digital experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive interfaces, solve complex problems, and shape the overall product vision.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead design across the full product lifecycle: discovery to delivery
-   Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
-   Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams
-   Evolve and maintain our design system
-   Mentor junior designers and contribute to design strategy

### About You

-   3+ years in product design with a strong portfolio
-   Strong UX/UI skills and attention to detail
-   Great communicator and cross-functional collaborator
-   Experience with design systems and user-centered design
-   Passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences
