Real Estate Transactional Attorney (Per Diem)

We are a respected company located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, seeking a **Real Estate Transactional Attorney** to join our team on a **per diem basis**. This is a great opportunity for a skilled attorney looking for flexible, project-based work with a dynamic and growing firm.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, and closing documents
-   Assist with due diligence for commercial and residential real estate transactions
-   Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings
-   Provide clear legal guidance on transactional matters, including risk assessment and compliance
-   Keep abreast of local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations affecting transactions

**Qualifications:**

-   JD from an accredited law school with an **active New York Bar membership**
-   Minimum of **3–5 years of experience** in real estate transactional law
-   Strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate transactions
-   Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
-   Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and meet deadlines efficiently
-   Detail-oriented, organized, and professional in client interactions
