## Description

Our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in implementing Microsoft software solutions for medium to large organizations.

Responsibilities:

-   Champion functional best practices with Microsoft solutions.
-   Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, and training.
-   Customize Dynamics 365 templates for sector-specific needs.
-   Engage in data migration and interface integration.
-   Ensure high-quality pre-sales engagements.
-   Coach team members and define training needs.
-   Adhere to Project Methodology.
-   Mitigate project risks and ensure timely communication of progress updates.

## Requirements

Requirements:

-   Degree level education or higher.
-   Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
-   12+ years of relevant experience.
-   Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall Methodologies, and Azure DevOps.
-   Strong understanding of Cloud technologies and integration tools.
-   Familiarity with Power Platform technologies and automated testing tools.
-   Experience in end-to-end project leadership.
-   Exceptional knowledge of Dynamics 365 functional capabilities.
-   Leadership, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
-   Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
-   Working Schedule and Contract:

-   Hybrid working model with 1 day at the office per week.
-   40 hours per week with flexible arrangements depending on project requirements.
