## Description

What you will do:  
\-Direct commissioning for mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.  
\-Review M&E design docs for new and retrofit builds.  
\-Draft test procedures aligning with Uptime and ASHRAE guidelines.  
\-Manage multi-discipline consultant and Tier-1 sub teams on site.  
\-Enforce strict safety and quality standards across all packages.  
\-Drive full load integrated testing and smooth operational handover.  
  
Experience you need / About You:  
\-12+ years of data centre commissioning and delivery experience.  
\-Open to candidates from PMCs, client teams, main contractors, or Tier-1 subs.  
\-Strong engineering degrees considered in lieu of long experience.  
\-Excellent daily communication, client-facing leadership, and paperwork skills are essential.  
\-Excel at multi-disciplinary team alignment and project controls.  
  
Nice to have / Bonus:  
\-PMP certification  
\-Data centres experience  
\-Prior hyper scale or mission-critical facility delivery.
