## Description

We are seeking a **Senior Program Manager** to lead strategic projects related to the expansion of technology infrastructure across industrial sites.

## Requirements

**Job Description**

-   Lead large-scale Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing expansion projects from concept to completion.
-   Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and execution plans.
-   Drive facility expansion, capacity growth, and infrastructure development initiatives.
-   Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and operational objectives are achieved.
-   Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
-   Oversee capital investment projects, manufacturing equipment installation, and production line implementation.
-   Manage project risks, commissioning activities, startup, and operational handover.
-   Lead contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

### **Requirements**

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
-   Minimum 15 years of experience managing large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects.
-   Proven experience leading Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
-   Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
-   Experience managing capital projects exceeding $100M.
-   Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
-   Experience in manufacturing expansion, facility development, and operational readiness.
-   Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
