### Responsibilities

-   Assist Swedish-speaking customers by addressing inquiries and providing expert advice on digital store offerings.
-   Develop an in-depth knowledge of the products and services to meet customer needs effectively.
-   Conduct training for customers on how to effectively navigate and utilize digital store platforms.
-   Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that improve customer engagement.
-   Collect and analyze customer feedback to uncover opportunities for enhancing the digital shopping experience.
-   Stay informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to offer customers informed recommendations.
-   Efficiently resolve customer issues or complaints related to the digital store experience.

## Requirements

-   Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, preferably within the e-commerce or digital retail area.
-   Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools used in online retail.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on a customer-centric approach.
-   Self-driven with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
-   Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
