## Description

_**Position Title:**_ Therapist  
_**Position Type:**_ Full Time; 35 Hours/Weekly, Flexible Schedule with evening availability  
_**Benefits Eligible:**_ Yes  
_**Location:**_ Toms River  
_**Department:**_ Children’s Outpatient  
_**Salary:**_ $55,000-$60,000

_**Responsibilities:**_

-   Provide individual and family therapy
-   Conduct assessments, formulate diagnosis and preliminary treatment plan
-   Facilitate referrals to those clients requiring a mental health/substance abuse screening and ensure appropriate follow-up
-   Provide case management to assigned case load
-   Develop the Comprehensive Treatment plan

## Requirements

-   Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a Human Services Related Field
-   Minimum of LAC/LSW required
-   Minimum 1 year post master's experience
