**Position Overview:**

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a bilingual Spanish Psychiatrist to join a multi-specialty practice in Poughkeepsie, NY. This role offers competitive compensation with bonus and incentive potential, flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, and the opportunity to provide culturally competent mental health care to a diverse patient population.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care to patients.
-   Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions.
-   Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy.
-   Conduct hybrid sessions, including both in-person and telehealth appointments.
-   Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists within the multi-specialty practice.
-   Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
-   Provide culturally competent care to Spanish-speaking patients.

## Requirements

-   **Education:** MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
-   **Licensure:** Active New York State Medical License (Required).
-   **Certification:** Board Certified or Board Eligible.
-   **Language:** Must be bilingual in Spanish (Required).
-   **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management. Comfort with hybrid/telepsychiatry modalities.
-   **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication skills (Spanish/English), cultural competence, empathy, strong clinical judgment, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
