## Description

**\*Job Summary:\***

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business and technical requirements.

\***Key Responsibilities:\***

\- Lead full SDLC from initiation to deployment and support

\- Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource plans

\- Manage cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, UI/UX, DevOps)

\- Drive Agile/Scrum practices - sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives

\- Manage stakeholder communication, risks, issues and dependencies

\- Ensure quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices

\- Track KPIs, status reporting, and governance

## Requirements

\***Requirements**:\*

\- 6-8 years of experience managing software development projects

\- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies

\- Proven track record with web/mobile applications, APIs, cloud platforms

\- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project or similar tools

\- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (PMP/CSM is a plus)

\- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

\- Experience in healthcare / enterprise systems

\- Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and QA processes
