- Ensure documentation is suitable for tender, procurement, and construction use
- Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design teams within shared BIM environments
- Support technical resolution of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and bespoke interior elements
- Support FF&E/OS&E procurement documentation, sample tracking, and product approvals

- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables

## Requirements

- 8-15 years of experience in interior architectural design
- Professional English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Proven proficiency in Revit (Architectural)
- Experience in hospitality or residential projects (villas, hotels, resorts).
- Solid understanding of materials, structural elements, detailing, and documentation workflows.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

## Benefits

- High ownership environment — we value initiative, independent thinking, and people who take responsibility for meaningful work.
- Growth opportunities — as we scale, we create new roles internally and support team members in expanding their scope and responsibilities.
- Flexible collaboration formats — depending on the role, we offer fully remote, hybrid, and on-site opportunities designed to support effective collaboration and individual productivity.
