**Are you a German speaker looking for an international customer support career?**

We are hiring German**\-**speaking Support Specialists to join our teams in Sofia**,** Bulgaria.

As a Support Specialist, you will assist German-speaking customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing professional service. You will work with international brands and become part of a multicultural team in one of Europe's fastest-growing business locations.

This opportunity is open to candidates already living in Bulgaria or those interested in relocating to Sofia with our support.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and/or chat.
-   Handle customer questions and requests professionally.
-   Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
-   Maintain accurate customer records.
-   Follow quality and service guidelines.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experiences.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
-   Good English skills.
-   Excellent communication skills.
-   Customer-oriented mindset.
-   Ability to learn new systems quickly.
-   Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or already living in Bulgaria.
-   Previous support experience is an advantage but not required.
