Next Job Abroad is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a German Speaking Bank Customer Service Representative in the picturesque location of Malta. This position is tailored for candidates possessing a strong sales background coupled with exceptional customer service skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing top-tier banking solutions while effectively promoting our financial products. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products and services in both **German** and English.
-   Utilize sales expertise to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
-   Assist customers with account openings, product inquiries, and various banking transactions.
-   Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed established sales targets.
-   Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
-   Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions within the relevant systems.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and product offerings.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **German** and a strong command of **English**; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
-   Minimum of **2 years** experience in customer service, ideally within a banking or sales context.
-   A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
-   Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
-   Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities with efficiency.
-   Familiarity with banking software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
