We are currently seeking a Language Recruiter to support our growing global hiring operations. This role plays a key part in helping scale multilingual and international recruitment initiatives across multiple regions, languages, and time zones.

**Position Overview** 

This is an on-call, temporary, and project-based recruitment opportunity focused heavily on sourcing, screening, pipeline activity, and recruitment coordination.  

We are looking for recruiters who are: 

-   Attentive and detail-oriented  

-   Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills  

-   Comfortable sourcing and screening candidates globally  

-   Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented  

-   Able to operate independently while maintaining accountability and urgency  

This is not a passive recruiting role. Recruiters are expected to actively source candidates, maintain recruitment activity daily, provide consistent updates, and support fast-moving hiring initiatives tied to global operations and client demand. 

**Key Responsibilities** 

**Global Recruitment & Sourcing** 

-   Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers  

-   Source candidates through company tools, sourcing platforms, professional networks, referrals, and independent outreach  

-   Conduct recruiter screenings and interviews in English with candidates globally  

-   Build and maintain active talent pipelines for multilingual and project-based hiring initiatives  

-   Coordinate interviews across multiple countries and time zones  

-   Collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and operations teams regarding hiring priorities and fulfillment needs  

**Recruitment Operations & Activity Tracking** 

-   Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS updates  

-   Provide timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle  

-   Submit daily activity reports and sourcing/recruitment updates  

-   Track pipeline movement, outreach efforts, interview activity, and operational progress  

-   Support onboarding coordination and post-hire candidate engagement processes  

-   Occasionally support urgent or weekend hiring initiatives depending on operational demand  

**Important Expectations** 

**This is a project-based and on-call role, meaning:** 

-   Hours are not guaranteed  

-   Work volume depends entirely on client demand and operational needs  

-   Hours may fluctuate from 0–30+ hours per week depending on active projects  

-   All hours must be pre-approved by HR  

**Recruiters in this role are expected to:** 

-   Maintain consistent sourcing and recruitment activity  

-   Work proactively with minimal supervision  

-   Provide accurate daily updates and operational visibility  

-   Stay organized in fast-paced and high-volume environments  

-   Maintain professionalism and responsiveness while managing multiple priorities  

**Qualifications** 

-   Previous recruitment, staffing, sourcing, HR, coordination, or customer-facing experience preferred  

-   Strong sourcing and screening background preferred  

-   Excellent written and verbal English communication skills  

-   Comfortable conducting structured and behavioral interviews confidently  

-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams  

-   Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms  

-   Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines  

-   Positive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset  

-   Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required

Candidates must provide their own laptop/desktop and maintain reliable internet connectivity.  

**Mandatory Virtual Meetings (Pacific Standard Time)** 

All team members must attend: 

-   Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM Pacific Standard Time  

-   Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM Pacific Standard Time

**Compensation** 

This is a global contractor opportunity. Compensation ranges from $5.00–$8.00 USD per hour depending on experience, sourcing ability, communication skills, location, and overall alignment with business needs. Global candidates are welcome to apply.
