## Requirements

Infosys Consulting is looking for a lead Intelligent Marketing and AI strategy, architecture, and delivery for our largest ANZ clients, including major banks and financial services institutions. This is a platform-agnostic leadership role: you will guide clients through complex decisions across CDP, journey orchestration, marketing automation, and emerging agentic AI capabilities — recommending the right technology for the problem rather than defaulting to a single vendor. You will lead delivery teams, own senior client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the Martech practice.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Define enterprise martech strategy and multi-year roadmaps aligned to client CX and business outcomes.
-   Lead architecture design across data unification, identity resolution, consent/privacy compliance, and cross-channel orchestration.
-   Own senior client and CxO-level stakeholder relationships; shape SOWs, commercial proposals, and delivery governance.
-   Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams (architects, engineers, analysts) across concurrent engagements.
-   Run vendor-neutral evaluation and selection processes across the martech landscape (CDP, CMS, personalization, marketing clouds).
-   Establish delivery frameworks, RACI models, and change management practices for large-scale platform migrations.
-   Bring emerging agentic AI and automation capabilities into client engagements where they create measurable value.
-   Contribute to practice growth: capability building, thought leadership, RFP/proposal support, and partner ecosystem relationships.

**Required Experience**

-   10+ years in martech / customer experience consulting, including architecture-level exposure across atleast two major platform ecosystems (e.g. Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, Segment, Tealium).
-   Proven track record leading enterprise-scale implementations spanning data platforms, journey orchestration, and personalization.
-   Experience delivering in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, insurance) strongly preferred.
-   Strong grasp of data privacy and consent frameworks, identity resolution, and integration patterns (APIs, event streaming).
-   Working exposure to AI/agentic systems in martech workflows is highly valued.
-   Demonstrated revenue or P&L impact, team leadership, and senior client advisory experience.
