We are continuously growing and we are looking for a **Senior Security Engineer** to join our UniQue Security Engineering Services team. This is a senior, architect-level role with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and cloud security. For the **Senior Security Engineer** position, we expect you to demonstrate expertise in the following areas: - **Security Architecture, Design & Implementation:** Architect, design, implement and operate secure solutions, with particular focus on Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments. - **Technical Consultation:** Act as a senior technical advisor to clients, providing guidance on cloud and cybersecurity architecture, technologies and implementation choices. - **Requirement Analysis:** Assess client requirements and existing infrastructure, identify security gaps and translate business and technical needs into practical target architectures and solutions. - **Implementation and Deployment:** Lead the deployment and integration of security solutions such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM/PAM, DLP and related security controls in client environments. - **Technical Documentation:** Create clear technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides and standard operating procedures. - **Project Effort Estimation and Presales Activities:** Provide effort estimates and technical input for proposals and prospective cybersecurity projects. - **Training and Knowledge Transfer:** Support clients and internal teams through technical guidance, mentoring and knowledge transfer. ## Requirements **What do you need to succeed in this position?** Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. - University/College degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or other relative discipline - A Master’s Degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, or similar area will be considered an asset - 5+ years of proven experience in Security Engineering, including demonstrated senior-level ownership of solution architecture and design - Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture and security, including identity, networking, governance, monitoring and security controls - Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM/PAM, DLP, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management and encryption - Good working knowledge of Linux environments and core network/web protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S); container security knowledge will be considered an asset - Relevant Information Security and Microsoft Azure certifications will be considered a plus (e.g., CISSP, Azure architecture/security certifications) - Problem solving skills, analytical thinking - Strong communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration and the ability to explain complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Stay updated on the latest developments in cybersecurity - Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal - Flexibility to travel abroad (mainly EU countries, 5% of the working time) ## Benefits **What are we offering to our UniQue IT People?** - People-first approach and open environment to express your ideas - Work-life balance and a hybrid work model - Continuous training and development - Opportunities to join innovation initiatives - Ticket restaurant – meal vouchers - Corporate laptop and equipment - Corporate mobile phone subscription - Health and insurance plan for you and your family members - Employee consulting and guidance support by Ergonomia - Discounts on the services and products of our Group’s companies - Gift vouchers for major life milestones - Special work schedule on summer Fridays and birthdays Our UniQue IT people are the most valuable part of Uni Systems; their knowledge and experience have made us the leading and reliable systems integrator of today and have contributed to our steady financial growth.
