We offer exciting career opportunities for individuals with the following responsibilities and requirements:

### Responsibilities

-   Plan and execute events, including venue selection, menu planning, and coordinating all necessary equipment and vendors.
-   Work with clients to determine their objectives, preferences, and budgets, and provide recommendations and creative ideas to achieve them.
-   Ensure all event details are communicated to relevant parties and executed flawlessly, including on-site coordination during events.
-   Manage event logistics, including room layouts, audiovisual and technical requirements, and transportation and parking.
-   Monitor event budgets, negotiate with vendors to secure the best deals, and ensure all invoices and payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
-   Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials and ensure events are effectively marketed and communicated to attendees.
-   Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field.
-   Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
-   Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
-   Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors.
-   Detailed-oriented and able to ensure flawless execution of events.
-   Strong budget management skills, with experience negotiating costs and managing invoicing and payments.
-   Familiarity with event management software and Microsoft Office.
