## Description

**Procurement & Sourcing**

-   Lead negotiations on pricing, lead times, contracts, and supply terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and long-term availability.
-   Source and procure GPUs, servers, storage, networking equipment, and IT consumables supporting AI and HPC deployments.
-   Build and maintain strategic relationships with global suppliers and distributors.
-   Plan, track, and optimize inventory levels, delivery schedules, and payment terms aligned with business objectives.
-   Analyze supplier quotations, market trends, and aging reports to support informed sourcing decisions.
-   Partner with Product Management and Engineering to validate technical requirements and support new product introductions (NPI).
-   Develop sourcing strategies to manage market shortages, EOL risks, long lead times, and unique components.
-   Drive process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.
-   Support cross-functional forecasting, demand planning, and risk mitigation initiatives.
-   Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, and regulatory requirements

**Vendor & Client Relationship Management**

-   Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendor partners, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
-   Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders (procurement, engineering, operations) to ensure seamless execution of projects and programs
-   Monitor vendor performance, including quality, delivery timelines, and cost metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives
-   Lead business reviews with vendors to assess performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for optimization
-   Build and influence vendor relationships to align with business objectives, ensuring successful project execution and strong end-customer satisfaction.
-   Support new vendor onboarding, qualification, and integration processes
-   Stay informed on market trends, supply chain disruptions, and industry developments to proactively advise stakeholders

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
-   5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
-   Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier evaluation experience
-   Proven ability to manage vendor/client relationships and influence outcomes
-   Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Experience in \[industry related to one of the following: e.g., AI based hardware, semiconductor/advanced computing, manufacturing, data center infrastructure & components, etc.\]
-   Knowledge of global sourcing and supply chain operations
-   Certification such as CPSM, CSCP, or PMP is a plus

Salary range offered for this position is between 85,000- 100,000 annually. This may be subject to change based on the candidate's experience level and skill set.
