## Description

-   Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
-   Advertise vacancies on job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms.
-   Build and maintain talent pipelines for manufacturing, logistics, production, and industrial positions.
-   Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
-   Conduct client site visits, recruitment drives, and onboarding activities.
-   Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
-   Support high-volume and blue-collar hiring projects.

## Requirements

-   Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
-   Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
-   Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, logistics, or industrial sectors is required.
-   Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-   Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
-   Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
-   Willing to travel regularly to client sites in Klang and surrounding industrial areas.
-   Knowledge of blue-collar, mass hiring, and shift-based workforce recruitment is an advantage.
