**Lead from the Front in Queensland's Industrial Hub** 

EnerMech is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Supervisor Boilermakers for upcoming shutdown, maintenance, and project opportunities across the Gladstone region. 

If you're a hands-on leader with strong fabrication, welding, and maintenance experience who thrives in fast-paced industrial environments, we'd like to hear from you. 

**About the Role** 

As a Supervisor Boilermaker, you will be responsible for leading work crews, ensuring safe execution of maintenance activities, and delivering quality outcomes across a range of industrial projects. 

Key responsibilities include: 

-   Supervising and coordinating boilermaker crews 
-   Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture 
-   Planning and allocating daily work activities 
-   Monitoring workmanship and quality standards 
-   Liaising with site management and project teams 
-   Assisting with shutdown, maintenance, and project execution 
-   Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within scope

## Requirements

**What We're Looking For** 

-   Trade qualification in Engineering Fabrication or Boilermaking 

-   Previous experience leading crews within heavy industry 

-   Strong shutdown and maintenance experience 

-   Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality 

-   Excellent communication and leadership skills 

-   Ability to work in high-pressure operational environments 

-   Current Driver's Licence 

-   Relevant site inductions and tickets (desirable) 
-   Full Australian Working Rights
-   Recent Police Clearance
