## Description

Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Custom Clearance Processor to join our team for a position based in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customs Clearance Processor to join our Finance Division – Customs Clearance & Compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing customs documentation, coordinating shipment clearance activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and supporting smooth import/export operations while maintaining high standards of customer service.

## Requirements

-   Prepare and process import and export documentation in compliance with customs regulations and procedures.
-   Determine, track, and process duties, taxes, and tariff payments for shipments.
-   Coordinate customs clearance activities for air and sea shipments.
-   Collect delivery orders from shipping agents and ensure timely processing.
-   Enter shipment and customs-related data accurately into customs authority systems and internal databases.
-   Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status and documentation.
-   Support the Customs Documentation Department with daily operational and administrative activities.
-   Handle customer inquiries related to customs clearance and shipment processing.
-   Maintain organized filing systems for shipment and customs records.
-   Ensure compliance with all applicable import/export laws and company procedures.
-   Suggest suitable packaging or labeling methods when required.
-   Maintain a high level of customer service and operational accuracy.

**Requirements**

-   High school diploma or higher qualification.
-   Minimum 5 years of experience in customs clearance, shipping, logistics, or related field.
-   Strong knowledge of customs brokerage services and customs formalities.
-   Good understanding of shipping and logistics operations.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer systems.
-   Experience using customs authority portals and shipment tracking systems.
-   Strong organizational and planning skills.
-   Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-   Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-   Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation processing.
