We are hiring German**\-**speaking Travel Support Advisors to join our international teams in Sofia**,** Bulgaria.

In this role, you will support German-speaking travelers with bookings, travel questions, and service-related requests. You will help customers before, during, and after their travel experience while delivering excellent support.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide German-language support to travelers via phone, email, and/or chat.
-   Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and travel-related questions.
-   Provide accurate information about services and policies.
-   Handle changes, requests, and customer concerns.
-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
-   Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
-   Good English communication skills.
-   Interest in travel and customer service.
-   Strong communication and organizational skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-   Comfortable using digital systems.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or already living in Bulgaria.
-   Previous travel, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage.
