## Requirements

-   At least 6 months BPO Experience in a Back Office Account
-   Proficiency in using MS Excel

-   Excellent verbal and written English skills  
-   Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns  
-   Strong problem-solving skills  
-   Adaptability to a changing work environment   
-   Ability to remain calm under pressure  
-   Must be residing within **Greater Manila Area**
-   Willing to work night shift
