We provide top-tier maintenance and facilities services across a growing portfolio of commercial properties, and we're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our field team and keep our properties running at their best.

**What You'll Do**

-   Supervise and schedule a team of maintenance technicians across multiple commercial properties
-   Oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
-   Respond to and prioritize emergency maintenance requests, ensuring fast, high-quality resolution
-   Quote and bill out jobs accurately and quickly, keeping pace with a fast-moving workload
-   Conduct regular property inspections and identify repair or capital improvement needs
-   Manage vendor relationships and coordinate outside contractors when specialized work is needed
-   Track work orders, maintain accurate records, and report on team performance and property conditions
-   Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
-   Mentor and train technicians, setting the standard for quality and responsiveness

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
-   Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
-   Comfortable quoting and billing jobs in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to accuracy under time pressure
-   Available for on-call rotation and emergency response outside normal business hours
-   Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure
-   Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties as needed
