### Job Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Concierge based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. Meets and greets residents; checks guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms.

### Duties

-   Manage access control by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and staff using CCTV systems and manual checks
-   Conduct surveillance activities with CCTV cameras to monitor premises continuously for suspicious activity or security breaches
-   Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary
-   Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally
-   Perform regular patrols of the facility to identify potential hazards or security vulnerabilities
-   Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incident reports, and access records to ensure accurate documentation

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with residents, visitors, and team members
-   Knowledge of receptionist duties and professional phone etiquette
-   Competent in computer literacy, with proficiency in basic office software applications
-   Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
-   Experience in property management or a similar role is an asset
-   At least 2 years of concierge and security experience
-   Holds a valid security licence
-   Eligible to work in Canada
-   Available to work overnight and weekend shifts when required
