**Role Overview**

As a **Senior 3D Mechanical Designer**, you will join our **experienced Mechanical Engineering team** and play an active role in challenging industrial projects, from concept development through fabrication and installation. You will bring your expertise in **3D design, piping systems, equipment layouts and mechanical assemblies**, working closely with Engineers, Project Managers, suppliers and customers. This role offers the opportunity to **contribute your experience, exchange knowledge with skilled colleagues and help shape practical engineering solutions** for demanding industrial applications.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Read and interpret **P&IDs** and technical specifications
-   Develop **2D layouts and 3D models** for industrial facilities and production lines based on P&IDs
-   Design **piping systems, equipment arrangements and mechanical assemblies**
-   Prepare **detailed fabrication drawings and BOMs**
-   Perform **on-site surveys and field measurements** at industrial facilities to ensure the accurate integration of equipment into installations
-   Prepare technical documentation and **purchase orders for equipment and custom-machined components**
-   Collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers, suppliers and customers
-   Ensure compliance with good **hygiene, safety and environmental practices**, in accordance with the company's certified systems.

## Requirements

-   Degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Industrial Design or a related technical field**
-   **Minimum of 8 years of professional experience** in 3D Mechanical / Industrial Design
-   Excellent knowledge of **Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.**
-   Experience in **on-site surveys and field measurements in industrial facilities**
-   Experience in **industrial piping, equipment layout design and mechanical assemblies**
-   Ability to read and interpret **P&IDs, technical drawings and fabrication drawings**
-   Fluency in **English**
-   Strong team spirit, sense of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail
-   Availability to **travel within Greece**

**Nice to Have**

-   Experience in **liquid food production lines, process piping and assembly design** will be considered a strong advantage.
