We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Analog Design Engineer** with 2–10 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in designing, simulating, and validating high-performance analog circuits, with particular emphasis on **SerDes, LDOs, and Phase-Locked Loops (PLLs)**.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including architecture, layout, verification, and system engineering to develop robust, high-performance semiconductor solutions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to challenging designs across advanced process technologies and take ownership of analog blocks from specification through silicon validation.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced semiconductor applications.
- Architect, implement, and optimize **SerDes circuits**, including high-speed transmit and receive analog front-end blocks.
- Design and analyze **Low-Dropout Regulators (LDOs)**, focusing on stability, transient response, PSRR, power efficiency, and load regulation.
- Design and develop **Phase-Locked Loops (PLLs)**, including key blocks such as charge pumps, loop filters, voltage-controlled oscillators, and frequency dividers.
- Perform circuit-level simulations to evaluate functionality, performance, power consumption, noise, stability, and process-voltage-temperature (PVT) variations.
- Work closely with layout engineers to ensure proper implementation of analog blocks while considering matching, parasitics, noise, and layout-dependent effects.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to circuit architecture, specifications, trade-off analysis, and technical documentation.
- Perform post-layout simulations and identify performance degradation caused by parasitic effects.
- Support silicon bring-up, characterization, debugging, and correlation between simulation and silicon measurements.
- Collaborate with digital, verification, physical design, and system teams to resolve design and integration issues.

### Must-Have Skills

- **2–10 years of experience** in analog or mixed-signal IC design.
- Strong hands-on experience with **SerDes** design and high-speed analog circuits.
- Solid understanding and practical experience designing **LDOs** and power-management circuits.
- Strong knowledge of **Phase-Locked Loops (PLLs)** and their fundamental building blocks.
- Strong understanding of analog circuit fundamentals, including amplifiers, feedback systems, biasing, current mirrors, oscillators, noise, stability, and frequency response.
- Experience with circuit simulation, PVT analysis, corner analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations.
- Ability to troubleshoot circuit-level performance issues and optimize designs for power, area, speed, noise, and reliability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

### Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience working with **FinFET** or other advanced semiconductor process technologies.
- Familiarity with industry-standard **EDA tools** for schematic capture, simulation, layout, and verification.
- Hands-on experience with **HSPICE** or equivalent circuit simulation environments.
- Exposure to post-layout extraction, parasitic analysis, and silicon characterization.
- Understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and device-level behavior in advanced nodes.
- Experience working on high-speed interfaces, clocking circuits, data converters, or power-management ICs.

### Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field**.
- Strong foundation in analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
- Candidates who demonstrate strong practical design expertise and silicon experience will be preferred.
