## Description

About Foresight

Foresight helps leaders running infrastructure capital programmes move from reactive project delivery to proactive control of risk and outcomes.

We're building AI-driven software that continuously analyses complex schedules and surfaces the signals teams need to make better, faster decisions. Construction is one of the least digitised industries in the world. We're building tools that don't meaningfully exist today, solving problems few teams have attempted at this scale.

Our mission: give every team the clarity and confidence to deliver projects on time, every time. Because in high-stakes construction, the real risk isn't complexity — it's being too late to act.

We recently raised a $25M Series A led by Macquarie Capital Venture Capital, with participation from Creandum (who led our Seed), isai Build, i2bf Global Ventures, and Somersault Ventures. Revenue has tripled every year since 2023.

The Role

As our Enterprise Demand Gen Specialist, you'll build and run Foresight's account-based demand-generation motion for our Enterprise target list — research, nurture, and relationship-first outreach that warms senior prospects toward events, dinners, and conversations, then hands them to our Account Executives as real pipeline. You'll be one of Foresight's first dedicated marketing hires, owning this motion end-to-end rather than inheriting one already in place.

What You'll Do

- Own outreach and nurture across Enterprise target list — depth over volume, always.
- Design and run a relationship-first, account-based motion: use research, cold email, and creative outreach to warm prospects toward events, roadshows, dinners, and speaking opportunities, not to demand a first meeting.
- Build account attack plans for named target accounts — dissect the account, map the real buying committee, and define a specific approach for each, rather than following a generic script.
- Keep Account Executives' calendars full of warm, high-quality first meetings, and fill event rooms with the right senior people from the target list.
- Write and continually refine cold email and outreach copy as part of a broader nurture motion.
- Re-engage lapsed or quiet former customers and get stalled relationships back in motion.
- Use AI tools as a genuine, daily part of how you work, not an occasional assist.
- Define your own scope — propose what you're going to do, rather than ask what you should be working on.

## Requirements

- 18 months–2+ years of direct, hands-on account-based marketing (ABM) experience at a Series A/B startup, with real, quantifiable results to point to.
- Intuitive, back-of-the-hand command of account-based marketing — you could explain ABM/ABX to someone cold, unprompted.
- A dedicated focus on demand generation as your core craft, not one slice of a broader generalist-marketing role.
- A high-achievement, high-intelligence profile — strong academic performance and a track record of taking on and succeeding at hard things.
- A history of excelling competitively outside of work — varsity, college, state, national, or Olympic-caliber athletics, or another high-stakes competitive pursuit.
- Genuine, hands-on fluency with AI tools in your marketing/GTM work today, with real workflows to show for it, not just familiarity with ChatGPT.
- Excellent written communication and a real willingness to do the research — this is a detail-oriented, slightly nerdy role, not a smooth-talker's role.
- A background as an SDR who found their footing in account research and planning rather than straight selling is a plus, not a requirement.

## Benefits

Why Join Now

- Real ownership from day one. This isn't a scripted, hand-fed SDR seat — you define your own account-based motion and defend your own plan. Your work shows up in weeks, not years, in the relationships and pipeline you build.
- Close access to leadership. You'll partner with our sales leadership and have direct visibility to our founders — leading academic voices on why infrastructure mega-projects fail, with the real-world scars to match.
- The momentum is real. Revenue has tripled every year since 2023. We're becoming the category leader, with the gap widening every quarter. This is already happening, not a future bet.
- Backed to build properly. A $25M Series A gives us the runway to do this right. We're only just getting started.
- A blank slate to build on. You're not inheriting a legacy playbook — you're building Foresight's account-based demand-gen motion from scratch, with real room to shape what the role becomes as it grows into a broader marketing function.

Base salary range: $75,000–$125,000+, based on experience and fit against the requirements above, and equity in a fast-growing, well-funded startup.

NYC / Tri-State preferred and commutable to the city, with several days a week in person once local — no one at Foresight is in five days a week. Fully remote will be considered only if we can't find the right person locally.

You'll also get comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, flexible PTO. As one of Foresight's first dedicated marketing hires, you'll have real ownership over how this account-based motion gets built, direct access to sales leadership and the founders, and a front-row seat to a company whose revenue has tripled every year since 2023.
