## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled **Technology Engineer** with strong expertise in **DevOps, CI/CD, and Big Data platforms** to join our Technology Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable infrastructure and data solutions while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

## Requirements

### **DevOps & CI/CD**

-   Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitOps
-   Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve release efficiency
-   Ensure seamless integration of development and operations workflows

### **Containerization & Orchestration**

-   Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift
-   Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of container platforms
-   Optimize cluster performance and resource utilization

### **Infrastructure Management**

-   Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible
-   Manage cloud/on-prem infrastructure environments efficiently
-   Automate provisioning and configuration management

### **Big Data Engineering**

-   Architect and implement big data solutions using Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka
-   Build scalable data pipelines for real-time and batch processing
-   Ensure efficient data storage, processing, and retrieval

### **Distributed Systems**

-   Design and manage distributed data architectures
-   Ensure fault tolerance, scalability, and high performance of systems

### **Collaboration**

-   Work closely with development, operations, and data teams
-   Translate business requirements into technical solutions
-   Support cross-functional initiatives and deployments

### **Monitoring & Optimization**

-   Implement monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, ELK)
-   Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
-   Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks

### **Security & Compliance**

-   Ensure infrastructure and data solutions follow security best practices
-   Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
-   Implement secure DevOps practices (DevSecOps)

### **Required Skills & Qualifications**

-   Strong experience in **DevOps and CI/CD pipelines**
-   Hands-on expertise with **Kubernetes, OpenShift**
-   Experience with **Jenkins, GitOps workflows**
-   Proficiency in **Terraform / Ansible (IaC tools)**
-   Strong knowledge of **Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka**
-   Experience in **distributed systems and scalable architectures**
-   Familiarity with monitoring tools and logging frameworks
-   Good understanding of **security and compliance standards**

### **Preferred Qualifications**

-   Experience in banking or financial services domain
-   Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
-   Certifications in Kubernetes, DevOps, or Cloud technologies

### **Experience Required**

-   4–8+ years of relevant experience in DevOps and Data Engineering
