### Responsibilities

-   Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the licensed Occupational Therapist.
-   Conduct occupational exercises and activities with clients, focusing on improving independence, finctional abilities, and quality.
-   Assess and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
-   Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
-   Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers, providing support and answering questions.
-   Adhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards.

## Requirements

-   Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
-   Current licensure as a Occupational Therapist in the state of Michigan.
-   CPR certification.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
