## Description

Brocket Hall is seeking dedicated Golf Operations Team Members to join our team at one of the UK’s premier golf estates.

Home to two championship courses—The Melbourne and The Palmerston—both recognised among the UK’s Top 100 parkland golf courses, Brocket Hall is proud to provide an exceptional experience for its members and guests.

As a Golf Operations Team Member, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day delivery of our golf operation. From welcoming members and guests to supporting retail, bookings and course operations, you will help ensure that every stage of the golf journey is seamless, professional and thoroughly enjoyable.

## Requirements

-   Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the golf department, including managing tee-time reservations, member and visitor bookings, and general golf enquiries.
-   Deliver a warm, professional welcome to every member and guest, responding promptly and confidently to requests, questions and concerns.
-   Operate the golf shop effectively, including processing transactions, maintaining attractive merchandise displays, replenishing stock and assisting with inventory control.
-   Support the presentation and daily readiness of the golf courses and practice facilities, reporting maintenance or operational issues promptly to the appropriate team.
-   Assist with the planning and delivery of member competitions, tournaments, golf days and other events, ensuring an organised and enjoyable experience for all participants.
-   Work closely with the wider Golf Services team to deliver the complete guest journey, including guest arrival, check-in, golf bag handling, buggy preparation, course information and departure.
-   Provide a professional first-tee experience, including welcoming players, confirming tee times, communicating relevant course information and supporting the smooth pace of play.
-   Undertake course marshalling duties, engaging with players professionally and helping maintain appropriate pace, etiquette and course standards.
-   Support the delivery of Brocket Hall’s golf academy programme, including academy events, coaching sessions, junior activities and corporate golf days.
-   Develop a strong working knowledge of Brocket Hall’s golf facilities, membership options, retail products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
-   Participate fully in training and development relating to golf operations, customer service, product knowledge, systems and service excellence.
-   Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation throughout all golf operational areas, including the golf shop, locker rooms, buggy areas, bag storage and other external service areas.
-   Work collaboratively with colleagues across Golf Operations, Greenkeeping, Food and Beverage and Events to provide a seamless member and guest experience.
