## Description

Job Position: Solar Account Manager  
  
Basic Salary:  
\- $3500-$4000 + Commission  
  
Working Area:  
\- Geylang  
  
Working Hours:  
\- 5 working days per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm)  
  
Job Description:  
\- Manage the structuring and negotiation of solar leasing and turnkey agreements.  
\- Prepare financial models to assess the returns of solar projects.  
\- Prepare and submit proposals or tender bids, follow up, and conduct tender presentations.  
\- Achieve the required sales targets for solar PV projects.  
\- Work closely with the Solar Project Management & O&M team and EPC contractors to manage and follow through on the development and implementation of solar PV projects.  
\- Develop strong relationships with commercial and industrial (C&I) customers, SP Services, regulatory and government bodies, and other key stakeholders.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Solar Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.  
\- Preferably with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in the energy industry or with renewable products.  
\- Experience and knowledge in reviewing financial modelling.  
\- Assertive in achieving KPIs and adaptable as both an individual and a team player.  
\- Willingness to perform cold calls and canvassing for commercial and industrial buildings or factories.
