## Description

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and support business growth through effective people management and HR solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Partner with managers and employees on HR-related matters.

-   Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.

-   Support performance management and employee development.

-   Handle the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.

-   Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.

-   Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

-   Provide HR insights and solutions aligned with business needs.

-   Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

## Requirements

-   4+ years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles.

-   Previous experience in Software, Technology, or FinTech companies is a must.

-   Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee relations.

-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

-   Excellent English (spoken & written) is a must.

-   Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

-   Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

-   Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
