## Description

**Role Overview:**

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in tech hiring, preferably within robotics, automation, deep-tech, SaaS, or product-based startups. This role will be instrumental in building high-impact teams across Robotics Software, Autonomous Systems, and Industrial Automation.

You will own end-to-end hiring and directly contribute to scaling engineering and deployment teams working in mission-critical industrial environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Own and drive end-to-end hiring for roles across Core Robotics & Software Engineering Team
-   Hire for adjacent roles such as Project Managers, Deployment Engineers, Customer Success, Account Managers, and Operational roles
-   Build strong talent pipelines across robotics and automation ecosystems.
-   Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche robotics communities, referrals, and industry networks.
-   Conduct initial HR screenings and assess technical alignment, startup adaptability, and mission fit.
-   Coordinate closely with Engineering and Business leaders for interview planning and evaluation.
-   Ensure a fast, structured, and high-quality hiring process aligned with production timelines.
-   Manage ATS, recruitment trackers, and hiring dashboards.
-   Partner with external agencies for specialized or international hiring when required.
-   Contribute to employer branding within robotics and deep-tech talent markets.

## Requirements

-   4+ years of experience in tech recruitment.
-   Prior experience in a robotics, automation, deep-tech startup, product company, or recruitment consultancy handling tech mandates.
-   Proven track record of hiring for software engineers, robotics engineers, embedded engineers, AI/ML engineers, or related deep-tech roles.
-   Strong sourcing capability across niche and passive talent pools.
-   Familiarity with ATS tools and structured hiring processes.
-   Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work directly with founders and engineering leaders.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven startup environment.
-   Exposure to hiring for hardware + software blended roles is a strong advantage.
