## Description

Our esteemed client in the beauty sector is looking for a HR Manager to join the team.  
  
Key Responsibilities  
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)  
\- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, extending offers, and overseeing onboarding.  
\- Develop and implement hiring strategies that align with overall business growth objectives.  
\- Partner with department heads to proactively identify and address staffing needs.  
\- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future roles to ensure business continuity.  
\- Enhance employer branding and optimize sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring programs.  
\- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and foster strong collaboration with hiring managers.  
  
HR Generalist Functions  
\- Maintain and update HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), employee records, and the HR Information System (HRIS).  
\- Manage the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate offboarding for departing employees.  
\- Handle employee relations matters, including addressing grievances and managing disciplinary cases.  
\- Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting and development planning for employees.  
\- Coordinate payroll processes and administer compensation and benefits programs.  
\- Identify training needs and support the implementation of learning and development initiatives.  
\- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and manage HR audits and statutory requirements.
