## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for an Arabic Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a secure and trustworthy online environment by monitoring content, managing user safety incidents, and enforcing community guidelines adapted to Arabic-speaking users.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor user-generated content and interactions to identify potential safety violations specific to the Arabic-speaking community.
-   Investigate reported safety incidents thoroughly and apply appropriate measures to resolve issues.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve policies that ensure digital trust and safety for Arabic users.
-   Produce detailed reports on safety trends and incidents to support decision-making processes.
-   Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in digital safety within the Arabic-speaking online environment.
-   Communicate clearly and effectively with users to promote awareness and adherence to safety practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required.
-   Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related digital safety roles is preferred.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
-   Excellent communication skills, capable of managing sensitive user interactions with professionalism and empathy.
-   Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward identifying and mitigating potential risks.
-   Familiarity with online safety tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
