As our Client Project Manager, you'll be bridging the gap between client vision and team execution, drive real results in a global setting, and sharpen your leadership skills every day. Come make a tangible impact with us!  

**What You Will Do:**  

-   Keep multiple client projects running smoothly from start to finish across different industries;
-   Act as the direct link between clients and your team, keeping everyone aligned on goals, timelines, and updates;
-   Train your annotation teams and keep them organized, accountable, and focused on maintaining high-quality work;
-   Catch problems early, whether it is a client concern or an internal bottleneck, and solve them before they hit your deadlines;
-   Spot opportunities where clients need extra support, suggesting smart scope expansions and add-on services that drive account growth.

**What We Need:**  

-   C1 level English and Ukrainian, both written and spoken;
-   2+ years of hands-on project and client management experience within B2B tech services;
-   A clear system for balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities without losing focus;
-   Proven ability to lead a team, keep morale high, and get people aligned around shared goals;
-   Strong interpersonal skills to build trust, handle difficult conversations smoothly, and maintain long-term client relationships;
-   High adaptability, a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive drive to keep improving how we work.

**Nice to Have:**  

-   Background in Customer Success or similar fields;
-   Experience in working with AI, data labeling, or machine learning projects;
-   Desire to advance in AI & annotation services;
-   Good sense of humor 😊
