## Description

Preferred Search Group is partnering with a well-known dental practice in Friendswood, TX to find a Dental Assistant. This is a full-time position paying $20-24/hour PLUS an average monthly bonus of $1,000 with working hours of:

MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, THURSDAYS: 7:30a - 5p

TUESDAYS: 7:30am - 3p

EVERY OTHER FRIDAY: 7:30a-12p

**Duties:**

-   Update and maintain client’s dental records
-   Chart in OpenDental
-   Perform routine dental cleanings and assist the dentist with complex dental procedures
-   Take and process X-rays of patients
-   Schedule patient appointments
-   Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene

## Requirements

-   High School Diploma
-   Radiology certificate
-   Previous dental assisting experience, preferred
-   Willingness to learn and an upbeat, positive personality
-   Dentrix experience, preferrd
