## Description

This post is for experienced in-home closers on Long Island. If you sell roofing, siding, windows, decks, or baths in people's homes right now, or you close high-ticket in-home deals in solar or HVAC, keep reading. If you've never closed deals face to face for a living, this one isn't for you.

We're looking to place closers right away. If you're ready to move, this can happen fast.  
  
**WHY CLOSERS TALK TO US**  
Most of the closers we talk to are good at their job and frustrated with where they're doing it. They're running one or two appointments a day, waiting on commission they already earned, or carrying a team that doesn't sell. We only work with companies that set real appointments, pay on time, and plan on keeping their reps for years. If a company can't show us that, we don't send them anyone.  
  
**THE JOB**  
An inside team sets your appointments. You go to the home, look at the project, build the quote on a tablet, present it, and close it, usually in one visit. You follow up on anything still open and ask every customer for a review and a referral. Most appointments are evenings and weekends because that's when homeowners are home.  
  
Before you take a seat with any company, you'll know where their leads come from, how many you can expect, and how and when you get paid.  
  
**WHAT YOU NEED**

-   In-home sales experience where you closed the deal yourself, start to finish
-   You can tell us about your last big sale and what you closed it for
-   A sales process you actually follow
-   Comfortable with a CRM and a tablet
-   Open evenings and weekends

  
  
**PAY**  
Straight commission plus bonuses, no cap. Closers we place usually make around $175K their first year. Top reps make $200K to $300K+ by year two or three. Most of these seats come with a company truck and gas card.
