**Senior Consultant – Business Analyst (Security Clearance) – Luxembourg**

**Adservio Luxembourg**  
Adservio Luxembourg is the Luxembourg arm of Adservio Group — 300+ consultants across Paris, Brussels and Luxembourg, 15 years serving regulated industries. We opened in Luxembourg in 2022 and work across financial services, energy and utilities, transport and mobility, insurance and the public sector. You join our Technologies & Engineering team.

**The context**  
With our team, you work for an international organisation in the defence sector, based in Luxembourg. Its business applications support critical logistics, procurement and operations in a security-classified environment, where availability, traceability and information security are not negotiable. The role is full-time on-site and requires a security clearance.

**Your mission**  
You make sure that what is built answers what the business really needs, and that every requirement can be traced from request to delivery.

_Understand the need_

-   Lead workshops with business users and translate their needs into clear, testable requirements
-   Model current and target processes, and identify gaps, risks and dependencies

_Shape the solution_

-   Write functional specifications and user stories, and keep the backlog prioritised with the product owner
-   Work with developers and architects to find solutions that respect security constraints

_Secure the delivery_

-   Prepare and run acceptance testing with business users, and follow defects through to closure
-   Support go-live and change management, including user documentation and training

**Your profile**  
_What is essential_

-   At least 5 years as a business analyst on IT projects for business applications
-   A valid NATO SECRET security clearance, or a dormant clearance that can be reactivated
-   Proven practice of requirements elicitation, process modelling (BPMN or UML) and user acceptance testing
-   Working knowledge of SQL to analyse data and validate results
-   A degree in information systems, computer science or business engineering
